I've looked at your website and tried to pinpoint the location from
the latitude given.

I come up with Peterhead Prison - surely not? :-)

Seriously, I know that area passably well. Used to go birdwatching
there when I had time off during spells of duty at Aberdeen.

Ummmm NO! (-:
As you may know, Peterhead Prison is the male sex offenders prison (or
'treatment centre') at Invernettie.

I can however see it (naked eye) just across the water ... so you were not
too far out. I haven't got any GPS equpment but according to my digital
map, the latitude is correct for the road on which I live ... well, I don't
live *on* it ... I had intended to borrow a GPS thingy from a friend but
said friend is now about 600 miles to the south so, hopefully the map is not
too far out.

Birdwatching is a hobby of mine (:
There as been a bit of a problem this year as there was a shortage of sand
eels in the spring so not as much breeding as would be normal. I only saw 4
puffins (at the Bullers o' Buchan) ... and they didn't stay to breed. I
think we (I) have wandered off topic ...

Gianna
currently doing life for breathing in a public place (:
