[1700] Temperatu 7°C Humidity: 93% Mainly dry Overcast (8) Pressu 1011 F Wind: N. Light (2) Visibility: Fog Northerly air and temperatures similar to those in the early part of the month with a forecast decline just to make sure it ends as it began. Is there not a lamb:lion saying regarding March? I cannot remember how that is said, but I don't think is covers being the same at beginning and end. (For calcio fans ... Italia v Scozia ... in a couple of hours ...) -- Gianna Stefani www.buchan-meteo.org.uk |

that is said, but I don't think is covers being the same at beginning and end. March is said to "come in like a lion and go out like a lamb". I always took this to mean that there would be wild weather at the beginning and quiet at the end of March, not that it would be the same. Anne |

Gianna, were there strongish winds in Scotland(Edinburgh) 1 1/2 weeks ago? Only I was away for a week and there were assorted bits of tree dotted around the garden when I got back. |
