There's a fault on the page. If you hover the mouse over the most
southerly stations it is impossible to view the readout.

For me, using IE6 and 800x600 resolution, this only occurs with the
various Channel light vessels, and seems to happen with Weather selected
but not when Wind is selected. It's a very minor problem. It might be
that selecting F11 and/or hiding the task bar would alleviate it.

Hi Martin - yes you are right about F11 - that cures it here - thanks.
It isn't data related here at 1024 x 768 it fails on all charts.

Cheers,

James

I'm not sure if ot's an improvemnt.

I liked the site as a clear indication of what was happening, rather than
yet another forecast.

Don't forget who the information is aimed at - hang gliders and paragliders.
They are very flexible where the take off from so knowing the forecast wind
speed and direction helps make a decision to be made well in advance which
particular hill to go to.

I suspect Dave Billington the webmaster was to an extent driven by his
sponsors as to the layout.

No problem here with any chart, everything works as it should with IE6
and Win XP - at 1024x768 and 800x600. If scroll bars do appear, I can
always slide the bottom bar before hovering, and everything works fine
but I never get scroll bars when maximised at 1024x768, nothing is
obscured and I don't need to use F11.
