interesting image showing the dissipating low to the north ,the low 'cutting off' to the west and the head of the conveyor belt .Over the North Sea there appear to be long wavelength waves at the top of the conveyor belt -due to CSI ?(Conditional Symmetric Instability in 'upgliding' isentropic layers) -is Rich Dixon lurking? -- regards, David add '17' to Waghorne to reply |
