interesting situation as the triple point moves NE.The diffluent jet exit
is tardy in arriving according to the GFS,but if it arrives in phase with
the TP or a short wave trough lies close to the cold
front...........................,

Can't wait-.......................er? ;-)
Well,I was thinking if the low deepened faster than forecast there'd be
some potential for a tornado as the TP tracked NE towards the Wash. But
there'd need to be some instability under the jet at the TP or nr the cold
front.But that's idle speculation.
Triple point tornadoes have been known in the East Anglia
area....................,

My original thoughts were that that is one moist, warm conveyor. I wonder
what thickness values will be realised.

GFS is showing 4.1mm for Guildford tomorrow....if so this could be the
wettest day since 25th April...not much else on offer for the next 10days.
June monthly total 3.8mm

I wouldn't be surprised if we got next to nothing tomorrow.

100% agree Keith. Here in Desert Kent I expect wet surfaces (roads,
pavements etc. ) at best.

Still; it's early yet.
