Default Noctilucent clouds?

I've just been outside, and looking to the north I'm seeing what look
very much like noctilucent clouds. I'm wondering if anyone else would be
able to confirm this.

Unfortunately I have a very poor camera which won't allow long exposures
so no photographs. But if anyone knowledgeable on the subject and with
clear skies could have a look-see I'd be very grateful!

For reference, I'm in central Lancashire.
