Default Definite end to drought in S.E

The long awaited Ashes series is under wayat Lords. Australia are 67-4
before lunch. I guarantee England will be in a winning position by Monday so
it will rain then and on Tuesday!!!!

Me too. http://www.wetterzentrale.de/pics/brack3a.gif looks typically
ominous.


I know that is only one day, but I am reminded of August 1968, when the wet
spell in the south east was such a contrast to the drought up here, with
high pressure in roughly that position.

Rain on Tuesday wouldn't be a problem, as the scheduled last day is
Monday. At the moment, it looks as though it could finish on Saturday,
though.

Rain on Tuesday wouldn't be a problem, as the scheduled last day is

Here's an upbeat option - rain by Saturday afternoon (to coincide with a
BBQ I've planned) and thereafter until Monday, culminating in a draw
