Harvey

The 8th Atlantic Tropical Storm of the the Harvey is heading straight
into the North Atlantic. The storm seems to have formed quite far north
and has never headed west. Could have an effect on the uk in a week or
so. Either positive or negative.

I think the mortal remains of Harvey have now appeared on the FNMOC
WXMap Europe moving rather smartly our way. I think it was ex-Charlie
in the late 80s that gave us a real stormy August day.
