Default Huntington Beach Pier - stormy weather 1920x1200

I used to Body Surf North and South of there. Santa Monica was where
one would practice and Newport was where you'd head for when you thought you
were immortal ;-)

I grew up bodysurfing of the pier at Waikiki and then at Makapuu.

Not me and not my photo, but yea, Been there, Done that...lost the T-shirt
and my swimsuit at times.

I can assure you one learned REAL Quick if you were going to Body Surf
your Trunks HAD to have Draw Strings and it they were not restricting
circulation they weren't tight enough ;-)

your Trunks HAD to have Draw Strings and it they were not restricting
circulation they weren't tight enough ;-)


Now there women have the advantage: one-piece swimsuits stay on.
Mind you, in Britain we'd be wearing a full-length wetsuit anyway.

Back when I was Body Surfing Women were wearing either 1 or 2 piece
suits and the occasional "equipment failure" was not limited to the Males
out there!
