Rossendale 'Ice Day'
A truely bitter day here in Rossendale today with today's max (6am to 6pm)
only -2.3C, recorded just after 2pm. Mist and fog all day here 950' AMSL with rime deposits forming on vegetation. Certainly not been like this for years and this is the coldest day recorded here since 2000 when I started taking records. Steve |

Steve hmm funny how Rossendale conjures up haunting distant memories of yes, u guessed it, Matt Hugo pity he didnt hang around to be frozen -2.3C style in a block of ice for next trillion zillion or so years. redtube |
