Affecting Clackmannanshire, E Lothian, Edinburgh, Falkirk, Fife,
Midlothian & W Lothian
Snow showers will continue overnight, these heavy and frequent in
places. Accumulations of 1 to 5 cm are likely in some low-lying areas,
especially where exposed to the westerly wind, with 10 cm or so over
high ground. However, strong winds will lead to blizzards and drifting
over high ground. Driving conditions will be dangerous with icy
stretches on some surfaces.
