I'm visiting Antalya in Turkey next week, 29th March to observe the total
solar eclipse.
Can some of you guys cast a critical eye over your weather maps and give
an indication of what it may be like weather wise?

I am certainly no expert at interpreting weather charts but I reckon it's
going to be sunny, light winds with temperatures in the mid to high teens -
perfect for eclipse watching.

Don't forget, a partial eclipse is visble from the UK - althoug it's
generally pretty small, in the mid 20% coverage wise.

Lucky old you, Gareth. Make sure you make time to just enjoy the eclipse
and don't go crazy trying to take as many pics as possible!!

Yes indeed! I'll take a few shots early on and then just enjoy it.
I'll post the results when I get back.

Gareth, when I was there I found out that Turkey was a very big country.
I presume you are not going east so Istanbul or Fetyihe?
Nice people in the south and west.
