Default First Day to reach 21c in 2006

With signs of warmer weather in the next few days it looks as though we
should see temperatures above 21c for the first time this year. There have
been discussions about how late in the season it has been for this landmark
to be reached, and this has reminded me that in 1972 the first day that 21c
was logged here was 26 June - an exceptionally late date for southern
England.

This is the sort of info I *should* log, but I never seem to get round
to it...
