Default Winter 1947 website

I've added some more pages to www.winter1947.co.uk
using information from Weather Vol 2 1947. The site now includes information
on Camden Square (London NW1), more Monthly Summaries for the UK,
Photographs (mainly snowbound railways) and a couple of articles by Gordon
Manley and E.L. Hawke. Look for links on left
