Default Todays storms in the SE

I'm not sure where these are now going to come from.
The trough seems to have passed to the NE with winds from the W here.
We shall see.

Quite right Blizzard (shouldn't you be called heatwave?)

I was looking at the 18Z +24 charts on
http://secure.metoffice.com/lib/imag...op_18_t+24.gif
which does not show the second trough, although the 06 and 12Z +24s do.
Wind backed, pressure fell and rain has already fallen.

Phil

Not to the NE of you, since we had a storm here at around 12.30pm,
producing a useful 10mm of rain.
