Been raining heavily here on and off for 2 hours, with the occasional
'bang' - would be interesting to see rainfall totals, anyone know of nearby
stations?

Thanks - I'm looking forward to getting home (W.Somerset), there seemed to
be a similarly long duration echo over my house for much of the morning (to
add to the 12mm overnight).

Nice - I ended up with 18mm here, a little less than the radar suggested!
(still, it almost doubles my monthly total)
