Several centimetres of snow are lying around the SE coast of Kent in a zone
a few miles either side of Dover. . The highest totals are being reported , as oe would expect, from the villages on the Downs between Dover and Folkestone, inlcuding 3 inches at Capel-le-Ferne. From my vantage point in Dover the hills around the town are covered in white. Will get some pics if it hangs around long enough. More is forecast. We shall see. RV |
