Summary "Dimsal"
Is this a new weather term for something not too pleasant? If it's any consolation, at the other end of the Isles it is dimsal too. The sun is strangely absent this morning hidden behind cloud that appears to have moved up from France, and there are spots of rain in the air as well. Plus it's a bit on the cool side. Currently at 11:00, 12.8C, RH 73%, DP 7.9C, 1020.7 mb (R), Wind NE 4 mph. 0.0 hours of sun so far today. ________________ Nick G Otter Valley, Devon 83 m amsl http://www.ottervalley.co.uk |

Only about 12C here at the moment. The low cloud and mist will mean no astronomy tonight for me. -- Rob C. Overfield Hull |

Hazy sun until 2 miles west of here, but we've got a thin fog with a max of 11.1. Dense fog this morning. -- David Mitchell, 70m amsl, Langtoft, East Riding of Yorkshire. |
