Default Mini tornadoes lose status

Radio 5 just reported callers telling them a TORNADO is forming just outside
Peterborough. Not a single mention of the "mini" word throughout the whole
feature. They must be going soft.

It's ok, BBC News 24 corrected this gross accuracy by inserting the word
'mini'
