A dark, wet and dismal day. Rain light to moderate most of the time
but quite heavy for a time mid-morning and again at the end of the
afternoon. Light NW to NNW wind. Very cool.

Brussels Uccle 15.0°C - overnight minimum 13.9°C - and 12 mm rain.
Brussels Airport 14.9°C - overnight minimum 13.2°C - and 18 mm.

Forecast in words appears only in French and Dutch. At present it
says:

Friday
Cloudy in most places at first with a chance of a few local showers.
A few bright intervals will develop gradually later but the cloud may
be persistent in some places. Much brighter in the afternoon near
the coast. Maximum temperatures from 19°C on the coast to 23°C in
the Kempen area (NE Belgium). Moderate northerly wind.

Friday night
Extensive clearance of the cloud but perhaps still areas of low cloud
in the SE. Minimum temperatures from 11°C in the east to 13°C on the
coast. Northerly wind moderate on the coast but becoming light
inland.

Outlook for Saturday to Tuesday
Significantly better weather during the weekend. Good sunny periods
will alternate with cloudier spells. Only a small risk of showers.
Maximum temperatures 20 to 25°C. At the start of next week more
cloud again with an increasing chance of rain. Temperature a bit
lower once more.
