Blocked winter?
Well after the Express decide that when you mix the MetO winter forecast with a little peirs cobin and came up with severe winter ahead. Roeder seems to be going for a mainly blocked winter in particular during December. http://www.climaprog.de/website0709001.htm |

Science and history tells me that no one knows what a forthcoming winter will be like at the beginningof October and only a fool would claim to.
