off the arguments about when the seasons start, who predicted the
blocking high etc., etc!

Just think of a suitable 'burble', or alternatively, a caption.

The picture dates from the 1930s - the instrument, for those that
don't recognize it ...... no, I won't say - wonder how many know ;-)

The pressures dropped to 945mb! Theres going to be 120mph winds and
