I've just got home from cycling 120km to/from Cromer. My water bottle
had become a Slush Puppy. So I think the accurate answer is "bloody cold".

Currently -2 at Marham.

Oh my goodness, I've just seen a minus sign on my (remotely read)
screen thermometer!

Minus 0.1 degrees celsius it reads... and that may well be the first
'screen' minus sign I've seen "live" this Winter! It's much more
exciting than seeing it next day as an overnight minimum (rare enough
in itself!).

I'm going to walk outside in it before I get to bed tonight, "because
it's there". I may be gone some time...

Adding alcohol to your water bottle will lower its freezing
point, provide you with energy, make the world seem a better place and
should you be unfortunate enough to fall off you will be barely aware
of it.
