To T240, 17th May, the month looks peachy for most. The CET, by then
should be well above average and probably above the 90th percentile. The first half of May looks it will be very warm. Just a hint creeping into the gfs over the last few runs of the development of a European high beyond 10 days hence. That could introduce more of a South-Westerly element to the weather in the UK, with our high pressure sinking SE, but nothing looks cool in our neck of the woods to the edge of gfs reality.
