I have had no measurable rainfall now since the 4th May apart from a
couple of "trace" days which didnt have any impact on what is very dry ground. Total rainfall just 6mm. Average for May is 67mm I was expecting a wet Tuesday but todays forecasts has the rain fragmenting again as it heads North, so a record still maybe on the cards. ( of course now I have posted this its bound to rain ) Paul C Brampton NE Cumbria www.bramptonweather.co.uk |
