Default [WR] Coldest night of winter so far in Canterbury

Temperature at 0730Z in Canterbury is currently -9.5C making last night
the coldest night of the winter thus far. Judging by previous nights,
there's still some time possible for further cooling, so -10C may be on
the cards.

Previous coldest was -7.9C on 28 Dec and 6 Jan.

Seven of the ten lowest minima since Sep 2004 have been recorded so far
this winter.

That's cold Jonathan! It got down to minus 7.5 last night here in Sturry,
near Canterbury. Now -3.6 at 10.03am.

Cheers,
-Ben
