Default Origin of cold

Some bright spark usually comes out with the phrase "this weather has come
from the USA"
However this time its lack of USA weather,
BRING ON THE DUMP the country is in deep doo doo and will surely suffer a
bigger down turn as we grind slowly to a stop , 1inch of snow equals 10
times longer journeys.
