VERY light snow crystals blowing in from the North Sea at the moment
in South Northumberland - hardly enough to notice. Current temp is 3
Deg C with pressure rising, currently 1012.

I'm due to travel around Scotland this week and it seems that I'll
miss this snow event - typical.

I have just been chatting to my Mum on the phone, who is in Liverpool, she
says snow just started there about 16:00. Says firly light but with large
feather like flakes coming down.

I am hoping we may see some down here in Plymouth over next day or two.
Maybe on the Journey up the A38 to work tomorrow.

Stan

Hi Stan,

I can confirm that from Sky Sports live, with Liverpool v Chelsea :-)

I have been too busy reading about the snow that I forgot about the
football. I am about to upset my two young sons by switching over from
Simpsons.

Hi Stan.

Can I suggest you go to Tavistock and then take the Princetown road and then
to Exeter across the moors.
Great road that - goes up to 500m asl. Good road for driving on snow. You
could get stuck though :-)
I'll be on the A38 too though, provided I can get out of our lane.
If you could report on snow conditions on the southern moor that would be
useful information for me.

Cheers,

Will

Fingers crossed that the snow doesn't reach 'Smugsville'.

Forgot to add I don't really care about the wishes of all you
snowballers. I'm off to Jamaica on Thursday, big worries for me:- will
the flight be delayed and hopefully all the cold **** will be gone
before my return at the end of the month.
