Default HELLO UK FROM A YANKEE!

The weather here in Philadelphia, PA is overcast with a temperature of
43°, the winds are 15 to 20 mph so the wind chill is about 35°. It
was very windy yesterday with gusts to almost 40 mph. The weather for
the past 48 hours was:

Hi Butch,

So when does Spring in Phillie start ?

I've had enough of the UK winter snow already (short attention span).
Looking forward to Florida hols end-March but always hankered for a trip
further north in the US. I Guess Spring break in PA is still a little
bracing ??
