Bright until early afternoon with sunshine at times filtered through
increasing medium-level cloud. No sun and gradually overcast from
mid-afternoon. Steady rain from about 19.00 local time. Although the
milder air is on the way, today was actually colder than yesterday with a
moderate mostly SW wind.
