we do on some days with snowfall get to 1 or 2 C for an hour but any
non snow days the temps find it hard to go above -6C. Doing shopping in -12 C is a new thing for me! Just scraped it to zero in Wishaw today for a few minutes. Only just missing out on an ice day, one of several near misses lately. Although we have had 2. Temperature dropping like a stone already. And this looks like being the first day without snow since the 16th here. Quite a few remarkable (low) maximum's from the highlands in the two weeks. |
