It should start cloudy with a brisk easterly wind picking up. Snow
should start to fall anytime after midnight and could turn heavy later
before possibly easing. Min -2c Max 1c.
Wednesday Further snow showers Min -2c Max 1c.
Thursday Possible snow showers Min -2c Max 1c.

Don't share your confidence, I reckon some snow showers with a few a couple
of cms at best!

I think you will have to wait a long time for your 6 inches of snow, it
won't be today I'm afraid
More chance at the weekend as milder air pushes up from the South west!

Looks like I called it spot on, been forecasting this since Saturday, mostly
dry & frosty with a few snow showers around midweek

1-2 cms today, how exciting is that!!

Rather cloudy with a few flurries at the moment, think that's about all
we'll get today despite the orange severe weather warnings from the met
office, it's beyond belief!
