If you hate snow, come to Norfolk (but not Hunstanton).

"Lake Effect" streamers are pouring in from the North Sea this morning,
along the entire North Sea coast.

Except for Norfolk and most of Suffolk.

How does that work then?

The snow is streaming in very well off the Wash to South Lincolnshire
- currently got about 8 CM on the ground at Moulton Seas End, but it's
becoming very "drippy" now...

Chris just spoke to the in laws, who live near Swaffham and they are amazed
how much snow we have here and they've had none today, just cold & mostly
cloudy

Indeed. I'm about five miles from Swaffham. In that gap between the
Lincolnshire and Essex snowy areas.

If it wasn't for the rather chilly wind, it wouldn't be too bad out there!

Huh. One of the bigger areas of snow got all the way to Devon before
petering out at about the bottom of my road. 8-((
