The message
from "Phil Layton" contains these words: Dont often see a METAR from the EGQA 031645Z 01010KT 9999 SCT040 21/// Q1013 BLU Lots of low flying activity over Tain Range at the moment (height of the tourist season and the start of the school holidays!). There will probably be another METAR issued tomorrow as the Red Arrows are performing for the Tain Gala. Phil.
