Default Cold later this week

I have never seen the ECMWF and and GFS charts in such a muddle. For the last 2 -3 weeks they have been changing dramaticaly every 12 hours. I think it's more than just adjustments due to small changes in the atmosphere,I don't think they can deal with the broken and distorted jet stream.

Mike McMillan. (watching these charts on line for 15 years now)
