Winter may be coming to an end, but we seem to have bypassed spring and gone
straight into summer (well, as far Northeast England is concerned). Couldn't
believe how warm it felt on the journey home from work this afternoon...
checked the stats for today and according to me, we reached 19.8C by mid
afternoon. For a winter's day, that's 'phew! what a scorcher!' type weather.
