What time do you make Ken? Even though I'm working on the TV coverage
I don't know the on-air times, I think the off-air is 1330 but I
suspect we'll still be recording for at least another hour.

Got to say I'm not looking forward to later today, it was a bit cool
and windy yesterday about 1200 to 1500 but come 1700 it was bright
warm sunshine. Just been out and it's still a mainly clear starry
night.

I'm due at the finish at 0630, so will be up just after 0400, must go
to bed. The glamour of television, standing in a field getting
soaked...

I don't know the on-air times, I think the off-air is 1330 ...

Hey, not bad. Cameras would still have been there, though they might
have got distracted by those noisey things in the sky. B-) Very
shortly after the 1330 I was head down getting all the in vision
sound kit packed away.

and a strong tail wind. Not so good for swmbo and No.1 daughter

Wasn't quite as bad as I thought it might have been, bit windy but
not excessive (by my standards...). Moderate rain for a couple hours
just after dawn, then cleared, heavy rain for about 15 mins about 11
but could be way out with that time, the it chucked it down about
1500, half way through the derig. Got well soaked as I'd got too warm
with my leggings on and I'd taken 'em off. B-(

The Pennines did half a job of keeping the wet off the east coast. Up
here looks to have got 1/2" over an hour and another 1/4" in the
following couple of hours. Wind up to F7 gusting low 40's mph.
SWMBO'd reports "theatrical rain" - someone outside throwing buckets
of water at the windows...
