Another horrible morning in SE London. Nothing in the raingauge but the
humidity is 92%. Is my sensor on the blink or is this right? And how
does it do it? No fog.

I was caving on Sunday on the Mendips. When I emerged after 3hrs of
poking around i was astonished at how 'wet' it felt outside

You wouldn't get fog or mist with a humidity that low or, if you did,
it could only be with temperatures well below zero. even with an RH of
100%, you wouldn't necessarily have fog.
