The FT crossword this morning has a 1 across clue:

He wrote an Opera called The Swallow but he tended to use libretists for the lyrics so it would refer to musical notes if it wasn't some sort of anagram. Not a fan of immoral Italians or Opera so I don't know of any that translate to one fine day. "Un bel di" from Madama Butterfly OTOH... |
