Thanks Brian. An interesting read. I think 'parties' will go well beyond what they have signed up to over the next 5 years (and further ahead, as the need is highly likely to become more and more pressing) to make the 'aims' inherent in Article 4, likely to be successes. I have my fingers well and truly crossed* that the countries of the world have just taken a significant step towards securing the planet's future.

That, however, is the best I can hope for from the CoP 21 agreement.
