Nothing out of the ordinary as far as temperatures are concerned; -2.5C
last night, with a high this afternoon of +6.9C.

What was surprising was that all the north facing roofs were still
covered with frost at 4 o'clock this afternoon, as was most of the grass
on the local park. And my neighbour was moaning like mad having had to
scrape off his windscreen when he left work this afternoon.

Another cold one expected tonight. It's already below -2C.

Hi Jim,

Similar in the East of the county. A bit colder with min of -4.2C
and max of 5.6C. Lot of hoar survived the day.
