What browser are you using? Also, is there some way you can get Google groups to automatically remove sigs - as any decent news-reader would do? -- Graham P Davis, Bracknell, Berks. [Benton Fraser] OS: Linux [openSUSE Tumbleweed] ------------------------------------------------------------------- Sorry, yes it works for me too. It was just taking an unusually long time to load up. Much longer than I am used to so I thought something else was wrong. Must be getting impatient in my old age. Len In gloriously sunny Wembury. A bonus because it was forecast to rain all afternoon. |

It was in 1978 that I happened to spot them on ITV one night. I suspect they were "my" group, all male, all long hair and beards though I couldn't recognise the guy to whom I offered the name for his group - he'd been clean-shaven at the time. I did hear of a group with that name but it had two girls in it and didn't appear to play the same kind of music as well as being from a different part of the country. -- Graham P Davis, Bracknell, Berks. global sea-ice
https://sites.google.com/site/arctis...t_byyear_b.png is returning to on-this-day-of-the-year record minimum. Will an upswing return in September is the next waypoint I suppose Presumably just curious, never having seen this before, rather than any significance, going to source http://nsidc.org/arcticseaicenews/ch...sea-ice-graph/ and selecting 2017 N & S poles, both at mimimum arctic and minimum antarctic sea-ice, near enough on 29 July of all (satellite era) years Global sea ice 2017, 23.356 million sq km 2018, 23.391 " " |
