And not by much. Only 0.06C cooler than in the warmest global July on record, at the peak of the great El Nino of 1998. Only last year and 2010 were a few hundredths of a degree warmer. And we are only just emerging from a double-dip La Nina. The expected cooling off just isn't being seen, which is worrying. Roy Spencer, of course, makes no mention of this:
