Reading as +1.11C on the GISS site, Graham. 3rd warmest on record, but the 6th warmest month on records in the GISS record. Exceptionally warm.

I wrote this on 'Weather and Climate'.

'A relatively big rise from February, probably as the weak El Nino conditions begin to kick in. I didn't expect March to come in at the 6th warmest month since records began. Exceptionally warm, given where we are in the ENSO cycle.'
