uk.sci.weather (UK Weather) (uk.sci.weather) For the discussion of daily weather events, chiefly affecting the UK and adjacent parts of Europe, both past and predicted. The discussion is open to all, but contributions on a practical scientific level are encouraged. |

I will be moving in the next few days from Reading to Crowthorne.
So only two more reports to come from Reading (Tilehurst). It is unlikely that I will be able to set up my VP2 at my new address. I will still subscribe to COL and receive the monthly summary. I will also send in the occasional weather report to USW. If any weather event of interest occurs. My best wishes for the future to all on this newsgroup. Eric Belton I do have a large number of weather related books (old & new). Probably more than one hundred. Is there anyone who would be interested in taking some, or most of them? |

When I was recording in Epping your maximum temperature readings in Tilehurst were of daily interest. Despite being on oposite sides of London the readings were often very similar. -- George in Swanston, Edinburgh, 575'asl www.swanstonweather.co.uk |
