Oregon Scientific JTR168LR Long Range Thermometer
This has recently developed a fault (I can't remember where I bought it - any suggestions to jog my memory?) The LCD display is showing some of the lines that make up the digits, though they are only visible when the base station display is tilted over (The two remotes are working fine). The parts of the read out I can see suggest they are correct, so the problem is purely in the LCD. Have tried new batteries and resetting. has anyone had a similar problem? (It has been in the bathroom for over a year, could the moisture have affected it) Trevor Kirkburn East Yorkshire --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free.
