Default Snow tonight seems more likely again

.... well according to the latest News 24 weather (15.00hrs). Now saying
severe for East Scotland and showing major disruptions all the way down to
Kent Coast and East London.Overnight, it seems.

Been watching News 24 on and off all day and the 15:57 forecast looks good
for East Anglia and East of London.

Let's hope the gritters do things properly this time, otherwise the
rush-hour will be not much of a rush afterall.

It's a good time for us in the SE as the ground has a chance to cool,
perhaps a ground frost before the showers arrive in the earl hours of
the morning. But Monday morning rush hour and snow don't sound fun.
Always a possibility of happening, but you can never be sure until the
last minute with these situations Whatever, it'll all be over by
lunchtime tomorrow. Next chance for snow won't be until 2004 :-(

From 2000hrs onwards snow showers will stretch south across Essex and Kent,
becoming heavy in eastern Essex and the far east of Kent. Drifting could
occur in fresh to strong north to northwest winds, while icy stretches are
likely on untreated roads. Accumulations are likely to range from 1-5cms in
the west up to 10-15cms in far eastern Kent. Driving conditions are expected
to become dangerous.

From no warnings on the Met Office website to 7 severe warnings and 1

I have the camera ready to record any rare snowfall!
