Default [WR] Billinge, Merseyside (Raining)

Billinge had rain showers overnight, then at dawn about half an hour of not
heavy snow before it turned back to rain again.

No, a minority of the UK has snow lying, dont worry about it. I'm very
disapointed here, with 4 icnhes reported about 20 miles to my west. Its
hardly widespread. No widespread event in S England since Feb 91. Places
just keep missing out with these showery scenarios
