As a long time lurker in this newsgroup, but also an amateur weather
recorder, it is nice to see Paul Freeman putting the area "on the map"To broaden the subject a bit more the rainfall for January in Pinchbeck, SE Lincs was 66mm plus snow melt, which I made 7mm. This made it well above the 100 year average for the month in this area of 51mm. Richard |

You'll be pleased to know that H St M will be recording rainfall from today - dissappointing that the rain on the latest radar picture (16:45) seems to have split and is moving to the North and the South of us, with a nice dry gap heading towards us!
