Default Confused by synoptic output?

Is the an error in this chart:
http://www.wetterzentrale.de/pics/brack4a.html

The high sitting over Scandinavia has winds coming from the East but the
winds coming up and over the UK and into the Scandi high are from the West.
Is this a model output error?

Shaun Pudwell.

I can see no error in the structure as such. Look carefully at the
fronts, isobars and thickness lines and you will see it all hangs together.
Whether it represents anything like reality in 5½ days' time is another matter.

I'll give this chart the benefit of the doubt. Didn't Will mention
something about a Scandi high forming with a 30% chance of Easterlies for
the week after next? Could be an interesting development.
